Is this legal?
Yes. We don't hack, bypass, or manipulate any platform. We file evidence-based content-policy claims with each platform's existing moderation team — the same channel any business owner could use, done professionally. We only pursue reviews that actually violate the platform's published guidelines (fake accounts, non-customers, defamation, off-topic, etc.).
How much does it cost?
$2 per review, charged only once the review is confirmed removed. There are no upfront fees, retainers, or hidden costs. When you submit, we place a temporary authorization hold on your card — no money moves until we deliver. If we can't remove the review within 6 days, the hold falls off automatically.
How long does it take?
Most cases resolve within 1–4 weeks. Simple cases (clear policy violations, obvious fake accounts) can resolve in a few days. Complex cases involving disputed facts or repeat reviewers can take longer. We give you an honest assessment after reviewing your case.
What if you can't remove the review?
You pay nothing. The authorization hold drops off your card automatically, and we close the case with notes on what we tried and why it didn't work. Not every review qualifies for removal — we'll tell you upfront if your case looks unlikely.
Which reviews qualify for removal?
Reviews that violate platform policies: fake or coordinated accounts, non-customers, defamation or threats, off-topic content, conflicts of interest, personal attacks, and spam.
